Every one of us now owns one and it is hard to imagine a peaceful life without it. Yes, mobile devices, phones, cell phones. It used to be a device whose sole purpose was to communicate from point B to point A, especially in the shortest possible time. Today, with this little device we carry in our jacket pocket, everything is possible. We can order any service while relaxing in an upholstered armchair, or play a game that shines in every possible color.
The dawn of wireless communications
Over time, telephone equipment has advanced at rocket speed along with other technologies. However, its beginnings were in the late 19th century. Some of the first ones to hit the market appeared in the 1950s, primarily as a necessary component of automotive equipment. About 20 years later, actual cell phones began to appear on the market. However, they bore no resemblance to their modern counterparts. Even though it was a revolutionary device at the time, few people could afford a cell phone. This was because of the high cost of communication fees and prepaid cards.
As technology evolved, so did the general availability of all kinds of technology. The first cell phones were released by Motorola, but today the name is associated with outdated technology.
Life and Safety
As cell phone handsets became more accessible to the general public, they were used more frequently and began to have additional functions beyond messages, photos, and mp3 files. Given the high frequency of cell phone use, it is questionable whether overuse of cell phone devices is completely safe. Several small studies have linked cell phone overuse with the formation of small tumors.
But not only that, the unhealthy lighting that many of us are exposed to every day interferes with our sleep and reduces our overall activity level.
The use of mobile devices makes our lives more convenient than ever, but we should always consider the flip side
