Town or village?

The decision to move is always a difficult and complicated one. Especially if it involves a mortgage or the purchase of a house or apartment. But there are ways to make it easier . And when all is said and done, the results are always worth it. It\’s the smell of a new home and, in fact, the beginning of a new chapter in your life. Everyone dreams of owning their own home, but everyone has their own image of it. For some, a small apartment in the middle of the city is enough, for others, a huge villa in a sparsely populated village offers peace and comfort. And some don\’t know which option to choose. Is it better to live in the village or in the city?

Urban

– There are so many people living in the city, no one knows you.
– Doctors, stores, schools, kindergartens ……
Everything is close by.
– Instead of cars waiting in long lines in the morning, you can use public transportation.
– Since the apartment does not have a yard, one must accept that the money saved will be spent on a swimming pool or other activities that must be done in other public places that do not have a yard.
– Traffic is more than in the village, but the environment is dirtier and the air is not as clean because of it.

Villages

– In the village, most people know other people, so if you pollute, everyone will know.

– Sometimes there is no doctor nearby or there is no elementary school in the village.
– The best thing to do is to get a car so that you can go anywhere comfortably. Buses are available, but they do not take you everywhere at all times.
– I dream of having my own house with a garden. In the summer I can swim in the pool and have barbecues with friends, and in the winter I can run around the yard with my kids, play bowling, and build snowmen.
– The air is cleaner in the countryside than in the city. There aren\’t as many cars and other forms of traffic, so the air is cleaner overall.
