Cell phones are really an everyday thing for me anymore. It is also my work phone, but mostly for entertainment and to keep in touch with my family. I still feel bad when I remember it. I bought a new cell phone and stored my children\’s cell phones and all the other miscellaneous information I needed on it. Only, nothing happened. I was taking the bus to work when traffic got congested, so I quickly put my phone back in my purse and went to ask the driver how long it would take.
And sure enough, before I knew it, my cell phone was missing from my wallet. There were about 15 people on the bus, and I have absolutely no idea who could have done this. In fact, even the thief had nowhere to go, and I was utterly embarrassed to ask the person who removed my cell phone from my purse. But I\’m a terrible introvert and embarrassed to talk to people, so I didn\’t ask anyone, and I didn\’t tell the bus driver. I still regret it to this day. Cell phones were really new and expensive. I still wonder who did this to me. I desperately needed a cell phone and had to get a new one within a week or so because I couldn\’t be without one.
I think the thief who stole it was in so much trouble. Otherwise, I don\’t know what kind of person would do such a thing in an enclosed space with no escape. Maybe he was in a desperate situation, or maybe he was too brazen to enjoy it. Lots of people steal cell phones, but they are so smart these days that they can be tracked quickly and easily. I think they could have tracked the cell phone I stole, and it would have been possible because I had all the paperwork for that phone. But I didn\’t go to the police, either.
