Maybe we got into the habit of going to the gym and stretching.
We all have slightly different concerns.
Our apartments may be small, but you can build a small gym in a small apartment. Cardio machines, weights, and balls. That should be enough, right?
A small exercise bike can be ridden at varying speeds and weights and takes up little space. Sometimes they can even be used as clothes dryers.
Many are available for sale, and getting such a “bike” for a few thousand dollars is not much of a problem.
Playing energetic music during a workout can be motivating.
And don\’t skip the workout even if you get soaking wet, you\’ll work up a sweat and strengthen your leg muscles.
How about going for an hour?
You can also use it to stretch after your workout. You can sit on it and stretch your neck, back, and upper leg muscles.
Once off the bike, place one leg on the seat and gradually stretch the muscles of the lower extremities.
Treadmill
OK OK, OK, nothing so big in my living room. For example, there are treadmills on the market that can be folded up and stored in the back of the room, another room, or a closet after 40 minutes of running.
I also recommend putting a mat on the treadmill. Also, if you have neighbors living downstairs, they will not be disturbed. And say, “I\’m running.”
Stretch and yoga mat.
These mats can be easily packed and stored in a closet. You can stretch your entire body completely, work out with weight, practice yoga on YouTube, or just stretch out on it, close your eyes, and meditate with relaxing music.
Dumbbells
Now, just because you do dumbbells doesn\’t mean you have to immediately become a bodybuilder\’s muscle. Just grab a few light dumbbells and work out a little. Back muscles, upper body muscles.
Bozoos, jump ropes, gymnastics balls, etc., are all things you can get at sporting goods stores or on the Internet.
Let\’s give it a try.
